Arvind Swami – CEO & Managing Director

Arvind is a second generation businessman with interests in Technology, Business Process Outsourcing, Manufacturing and Global Trade. He has a graduate degree in business, certifications in process management. He has been involved in Global operations in HR, International trade, Technology, Healthcare and Financial Services. Arvind has also successfully led many global M&A initiatives. He is the founder of talent Maximus. He inspires the organization with his vision, integrity and leadership.

Raja Krishnamoorthy – Director HRD

He has done his Master of Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, Bombay, 1975. Started with Mukund Iron & Steel as Management Trainee and Personnel Officer; Was with ITC Welcome Group as Personnel Manager and Regional Personnel Manager, and subsequently, with Enfield India Limited as General Manager (Human Resources). Between June 2000 and March2002, worked actively with Polaris software lab Ltd, a 2600 people organization as consultant and President – Human Resources. From July 2002 till August 2005 he was leading the Consulting and training Division - as Principal Consultant- at ProLease India Pvt. Ltd- part of the Washington DC based Interpro group. Currently he heads the Consulting and Training Division and directs the HRD function at talent Maximus.

Ram Kumar Krishnamurthy – Chief Operating Officer

Ram Kumar Krishnamurthy about 28 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the domains of Pharma, Textile Engineering, Light Engineering and Consulting / Training with exposure to product development and manufacturing. In the last 12 years had worked with NIS Sparta, a consulting and training organization having specialized in the areas of complex sales management, process creation and performance coaching. Has led the largest performance-coaching project with Levers.

Large exposure to consulting assignments with countries in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) Region.

Prasanna K Kanniah – Chief Financial Officer

He has more than 13 years of diverse industrial and cultural experience in leading finance segments of multinational corporations, resulted in building and improving productivity, efficiency & profitability. Has a wide international experience in ITES industry where he had spent a substantial part of his career apart from Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, consulting, etc., He is a qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – USA; also a Chartered accountant & Company secretary (India) and holds a MBA in finance apart from other academic qualifications.

Prior to joining talent maximus, he was with Keane group, where he was associated with the parent company (Keane International Inc.) and spent most part of his association in USA and handled several strategic assignments, including post merger activities with Keane Inc. a then NYSE listed company.

He leads the finance, accounts & secretarial function of the organization.
